Return and Exchange
www.osutra.com assures you the best of quality product and customer friendly service. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason; you may return the product unused, and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging.
How to return product?
We have a customer friendly return policy - we will refund you the full amount. However, return shipping cost is incurred by the buyer. We accept returns within 5 days from the date of delivery.
NOTE : Please note that if product is opened and used then its not possible to return.
To return a product you need to follow these steps:
- 1. Notify us by sending an email to email@example.com or inform us on Phone number mentioned in Contact Us, with your order number mentioning the product you want to return. Returns made without notice SHALL NOT qualify for a refund.
- 2. Extra shipping charges will be applicable for return less than 1000 /- amount order.
- 3. After confirmation, you need to provide your bank details where you want us to refund the amount. Please ensure that bank details submitted to us are free of any errors.
- 4. Once an email is sent, you will receive a mailing address to which you can ship the product back and the date before which product needs to be dispatched.
- 5. Ship the product to the mailing address mentioned and send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the tracking number. Without tracking number, product can't be tracked and can be lost in transit.
- 6. Once the product has reached and it is inspected to be free from any defect, your 100% money which you paid for product, will be credited to your bank account mentioned in step 1).
How much time does refunds take ?
Refund will take time to reflect in customer's account about 8 to 10 working days after receiving and verification of products at our store.
